General Requirements

All subcontractors must carry General Liability and Workers’ Compensation Insurance, maintain a valid Pennsylvania Home Improvement Contractor (PA HIC) Registration and driver’s license, have reliable transportation, and provide their own required PPE, safety equipment, tools, and materials. Subcontractors are also expected to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and complete their work safely and professionally.
